Our nostalgic touch to the Mother's Day Cake collection this year. Vanilla sponge coated in a raspberry glaze, and coconut. Filled with house-made raspberry jam and our signature buttercream. As a Mother's Day touch, it will also be topped with a layer of our signature buttercream, fresh berries, and flowers (not seen in the photo)
